We would like to remind everyone about the proper use of personal photo access cards and the guidelines for bringing guests into our community spaces.
Personal Photo Access Cards:
- Non-Transferable: Your personal photo access card is meant for your use only. Please do not give out your card to anyone else, including family members, visitors, or non-residents.
- Guest Policy: You are welcome to bring up to four guests with you. However, you must stay with your guests at all times and be responsible for their behavior.
- Consequences of Misuse: Any misuse or giving out of personal access cards to another individual may result in the deactivation of your access card.
Gym Usage:
- Residents Only: The gym is for the exclusive use of residents aged 16 and older. Guests, regardless of age, are not permitted to use the gym facilities.
